Rose Changa Herbals Africa is a herbal wellness business based in Arusha, Tanzania, founded by Rose Changa.

We are registered by the Traditional and Alternative Health Practice Council under the Ministry of Health, United Republic of Tanzania.

Our shop is at Njiro Commercial Center, Shop No. 09, Arusha, and customers are welcome to visit us in person.

There is no checkout and no card payment on this website.

When you add products to the enquiry list, the site simply prepares a WhatsApp message for you. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged until you speak with us.

Prices are discussed during that conversation, because what you need depends on your situation.

We describe each product, where it comes from, and how it is meant to be used.

Availability can change. We will tell you if something is out of stock when you contact us.

Images are there to help you recognise a product. Packaging can differ slightly between batches.

We deliver across Tanzania and we can arrange delivery to clients outside the country.

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier.

If a product arrives damaged or is not what you agreed with us, contact us within seven days and we will replace it or refund it.

For hygiene reasons we cannot take back a product that has been opened, unless it arrived faulty.

Our products are meant to support general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this website is medical advice and nothing here replaces care from a qualified health professional.

If you are unwell, pregnant, breastfeeding, or already taking prescribed medicine, speak with your doctor before using any herbal product.

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Rose Changa Herbals Africa. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use without asking us.

Please do not try to interfere with the site or use it in a way that breaks Tanzanian law.
